The Sake as we serve it (cold or hot), it´s customary to present the sake in a ceramic Sake Bottle next to some small Sake Cups and a Sake tray to present everything. Returns
The inventory is always changing and we cannot completely manage it because of the fact that several stakeholders are involved, including our factory and warehouse. This means that the actual stock could alter at any time. It is possible that you will not receive your purchase after the order has been made.
The policy is 30 days. If you don't receive the product within 30 days, we're unable to offer a refund or an exchange.
In order for your item to be considered eligible for return the item must not be opened and in the condition you received it in. It should also be returned in the original packaging.
